Our Approach

Employee Well-Being

Initial & annual screenings including a Health Risk Assessment, Biometrics, and a Wellness Inventory. Access to monthly well-being coaching that includes fitness, nutrition/weight, mental health, stress management, financial wellness, and “heathy aging” - any goal important to the individual.

Development Workshops

Interactive group workshops that focus on developing fundamental life skills for employees such as resilience, self leadership, strengths, optimism and gratitude. Additional workshops include mental health in the workplace, managing stress/work-life harmony, and living health.

Business Environment

Creating a culture of health through the win-win philosophy includes “core” team creation, mental health training, and wellness action plans. We also provide data collection and analysis that includes employee engagement, satisfaction, burnout, career development, work-life balance, and more!
