We address all 8 domains of wellness to promote total well-being allowing all our programs to use health and wellness to drive employee engagement and retention in your organization.
Direct Access
We provide direct access to health and wellness professionals across the wellness spectrum such as physical therapists, strength and conditioning specialists, nutritionists, mental health counselors, and financial coaches. No hoops to jump through and no insurance requirements as we are not associated with any insurance or health system.
Business Strategy
As a fellow small business owners, we know the feeling of wearing all the hats. That’s why we include business level well-being services.
